I print, cut, and package all giclees in my small, one-woman studio in the mountains of Southern Appalachia, unheeded Tsalagi land.  The ink is archival and I have not found it to fade in sunlight.  I back my prints in reclaimed and repurposed cardboard, so if your concern is to remain archival, I recommend removing the cardboard and getting them framed.  All giclees are in standard framing sizes.  
 
I ship flat in a plastic or GMO corn-plastic sleeve, in boxes I fold out of repurposed cardboard.  Because I am my only employee, It can take me 10 days to 2 weeks to ship your order, especially in the holiday season.  Thanks for your patience.
